This figure sketch was made using an Amiga computer, mouse and Electronic Arts Delux Paint drawing program. It was rather cumbersome hauling the computer, monitor etc to the sketch club studio on the other side of town. I decided it would be easier to just use charcoal and paper while we waited 20 years for someone to invent the iPad.
